DESCRIPTION:For more than 130 years\, members and friends of the Engineers’ Society of Western Pennsylvania have gathered to celebrate engineering\, and recognize the best and brightest stars in the profession. Join us on Thursday\, February 18 at the Westin Convention Center Hotel to carry on the tradition. \nIn addition to the Annual Awards of Distinction recognizing the Engineer of the Year and Projects of the Year\, you will hear Buddy Hobart\, a renowned expert on “Gen Y” as the keynote speaker. \nWe will also present the 2016 William Metcalf Award to Dr. James H. Garrett\, Jr.\, P.E.\, F.ASCE.\, Dean of the College of Engineering\, Carnegie Mellon University. \nReservations are now being accepted for Corporate tables of 10\, or individual reservations.  You may choose from seating in the Gold\, Silver or Bronze circles.  Gold tables receive priority placement\, wine and appetizers tray; Silver tables receive the appetizer tray. \nPlease click here to make your reservation! \n
