DESCRIPTION:a breakfast event with the PWSA\nGetting it Right: Lessons Learned from PWSA’s Green Stormwater Infrastructure Source Reduction Projects\nThis session will be conducted by Project Manager Ana Bennett and Associate Project Manager Ryan Quinn\, members of our Stormwater/Green Infrastructure Program.  This session will present a robust accumulation of “lessons learned” from our green stormwater infrastructure (GSI) projects.  Attendees will hear clear descriptions of the respective project’s purpose and design\, followed by a summary of key challenges experienced during design\, bidding\, and construction\, including\, but not limited to\, inter-agency coordination\, best practices for engineered soil media\, addressing groundwater impacts\, and identifying landslide risks.  PWSA’s presenters will highlight how these lessons can be applied to the planning and implementation of future projects\, as well as future operations and maintenance. \n7:30 AM – arrival/registration and breakfast \n8 AM to 8:50 AM – presentation \n8:50 to 9:00 AM – Q&A \n  \n  \n
