She also oversees PAAC’s capital and operating budgets; partners and builds relationships with regional stakeholders; and successfully develops and manages local and federally-funded projects that enhance and expand service across the Pittsburgh region. \n  \n  \n  \nCheryl Moon-Sirianni\nDistrict Executive at PennDOT District 11 \nMs. Moon-Sirianni has worked for PennDOT for 34 years holding positions of Assistant District Executive for Design for 13 years\, Contract Management Engineer and Project Manager. She has been instrumental in the development of significant regional projects\, most recently the SR 30 Slide Remediation. \nPennDOT District 11 includes Allegheny\, Beaver and Lawrence Counties with 8\,500 miles of roadway\, 1\,800 bridges\, and a staff of about 787 people. \n  \n  \nDiamonte Walker\nDeputy Executive Director of the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) \nMs. Walker provides strategy\, vision\, operations management\, team development\, and leadership.\nWith more than 15 years in the for-profit sector and having recently served as a business development program manager in the non-profit sector\, Diamonte understands the complex challenges we face as a region when trying to effectuate meaningful change in our neighborhoods. \n  \nJason Molinero\nDeputy Director at Allegheny County Department of Public Works \nMr. Molinero is responsible for overseeing the operations of the Engineering and Construction Division\, which provides engineering and management services for the construction and rehabilitation of county roads\, bridges\, and walls as part of the department’s Capital Improvement Program.
