Call for Papers

Deadline for submission is Friday, March 6, 2020.

While they should include specific details, abstracts are summaries of papers.

Abstract length should be a minimum of 150 words with a maximum of 400 words plus supporting data. Papers should describe completed studies, programs or descriptions of work in progress with significant intermediate results. They are 25 minutes in presentation length, followed by a 10-minute prepared discussion. Case histories discussing solutions to problems are desirable, especially by end-users. Papers describing new technical advancements including supporting data, are particularly welcome.

The IWC does not permit papers containing marketing commercialization and does not allow more than one use of trade names or logos in papers and presentations. Thereafter, generic identification is required for all products and companies. Authors selected for presentation must register through normal conference registration procedures.

Final sessions will be decided on the basis of abstracts submitted.
