ALCOSAN’s Clean Water Plan Update

It has been estimated that nine (9) billion gallons of overflow enter our rivers and streams during heavy rain and snow melt events. ALCOSAN’s Clean Water Plan (CWP) will reduce the overflow by approximately seven (7) billion gallons.  The four components of the CWP are preventing excess water from entering the sewer system, increasing conveyance capacity, regionalizing multi-municipal sewers, and expanding the wastewater treatment plant.  This webinar will provide an update on the work associated with each of these program components.
