“What makes a good prime consultant?”
8:00am registration and breakfast; 8:30am program
$25 ESWP members; $35 non-members
ESWP will present a panel of public agencies providing feedback to the engineering community on what they value from their Prime and Sub Consultants. Learn about the ways to become a qualified bidder, or to become pre-qualified to bid on government work. Hear about the RFP and evaluation process. Also, get a preview on upcoming projects under consideration. Representatives include:

- Turnpike- Brad Heigel
- Airport Authority- Dennis Pivik
- Allegheny County – Steve Shanley
