Matthew Kelly is the Regional Vice President of Retirement for Guardian Investments.  He serves PA, OH, WV and MI.  During his accomplished 15 year career he has become an experienced speaker on Retirement Planning, holds a Retirement Income Certified Professional (RICP) designation and is a TRIPLE Integrity Award Winner for Guardian Investments.
