Participating Technical Societies

Technical Societies – Frequently Ask Questions:

How much does it cost to display as an affiliated technical society? That depends on the size of your local chapter membership. Fees range from $50 for smaller groups, to $200 with societies of more than 100 local members.

• Exhibit Display includes one (1) complimentary registration (use attendee form above to register the person)
• Additional Society attendees should register above also

What’s all included with the cost to display? You have the opportunity to display a banner or poster and literature to showcase your society. You also have one complementary registration to staff the display (additional members can register as individuals). And you also receive one minute of “stage time” in the general session to talk about what your society offers.

When can I get in to set up my display at the Engineers’ Club? You can arrive as early as 12:00 noon on September 30 to bring your display materials in. Earlier days and times can be arranged by reservation (email eswp@eswp.com).

Where can I park? There are several local lots including the Forbes Avenue Garage and Oxford Center. Check the ESWP website here for other local options. Of course, street parking is always an option as well.

What’s the schedule of Events? Registration opens at 4:00, with the Panel Discussion scheduled for 4:30 to 6:00 PM.  Networking and visiting the displays is set for 6:00-8:00 PM.
