In this presentation, our speakers from AECOM, Stephen Scheerer and William Crowley, will give an overview of the project’s planning and preliminary design, addressing topics like resident parking, Benefit-Cost Analysis (BCA) of dedicated lanes and bike facilities.  Key aspects on bus prioritization, focusing on guideways and intersections, will be covered as well as funding, timelines and schedule information.
