Executive Committee (EC) Annual Recommitment Form

Please read thru each of the following items and reflect on your ability to commit to these for the upcoming conference year. This is intended to give an opportunity to reflect on your ability to fully participate as a member of the Executive Committee.

1. I am in good standing with the ESWP, and through education and experience am knowledgeable and active in the treatment, use and reuse of water for industrial and public purposes.(Required)

2. I hold active membership in the ESWP.(Required)

3. I will act as an Executive Committee Representative for a conference session, and plan on attending the conference and session in person.(Required)

4. I will Chair or Co-chair (at least) a committee and/or actively contribute in (at least ) two committees.(Required)

5. I will attend January/April meetings in person.(Required)
Expectation is 2 of 2 meetings, minimum is 1.

6. I will provide routine and regular attendance to provide input to monthly EC meetings.(Required)

7. I will conduct myself professionally and consistent with ESWP Bylaws and Code of Conduct and IWC policies.(Required)


Please reflect on the above criteria and if you feel you are unable to meet this criterion, please contact the IWC Membership Chair.

---Short term sabbatical options may be available due to, but not limited to, FMLA, material work or family considerations or constraints, etc.


Failure to consistently meet these duties may result in removal from the EC.

Those members who are leaving the EC, shall inform the General Chair, Membership Committee Chair, and Conference Manager via email of their intention to leave their EC seat by the September EC meeting prior to the start of the current year’s Conference.
