I am a rising 3rd year Mechanical Engineering student at Northwestern University looking for shadowing or internship opportunities this summer or beyond. As an Eagle Scout, I understand the value of being a motivated worker and cooperation in a team, and I want to find an opportunity that will allow me to further develop both these soft skills, as well my technical skills. My abilities include extensive writing experience, 3D modeling skills, and a background in East-Asian language study. As an Engineering student, I have had the chance to work with actual clients such as the Shirley Ryan Ability Lab in Chicago to develop a prototype device to meet the hospital’s needs. Having attended high school abroad in Hong Kong, I have had the pleasure of working with a diverse group of people and understand the value that brings to a team. I would love to talk about any opportunities that may be available anywhere in the US and I am willing to travel.
