• Carpet not needed, Ballroom is fully carpeted
• Two (2) Full Conference Registrations, allowing access to technical sessions, per single booth
• Exhibit Only Passes for additional staff (extra fee)
• Electric Service NOT INCLUDED
• Table and Chairs NOT INCLUDED

Pricing Information:

• Single aisle booth $2700
• Double aisle booth $5400

A deposit (see below) is required to hold your reservation with the balance due by March 1, 2024!

Cancellation Policy:
Before 3/1/24 deposit retained by IBC.
After 3/1/24, all payments made retained by IBC.
There is a $25 processing fee for any credit card refund.
