Countdown to PE Day: Let’s Celebrate on August 7!

Next month marks the ninth annual Professional Engineers Day, celebrated on August 7, 2024!

This special day is dedicated to honoring licensed professional engineers (PEs) and raising awareness about the vital role they play in safeguarding public health, safety, and welfare.

On August 8, 1907, the first professional engineering license was issued to Charles Bellamy in Wyoming. Since then, the commitment and contributions of PEs across the U.S. has continued to grow. Join us in celebrating their dedication and achievements!

Be a part of the Professional Engineers Day event on LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook or Instagram!

  • Post photos or videos of yourself and your team of PEs on social media with #LicensedPEday.
